Kemi Andu-Alausa is a seasoned finance executive with over two decades of experience spanning corporate accounting, financial strategy, and nonprofit leadership. As CFO and Executive Leader at MJM Health Agency, Inc., she has overseen fiscal operations, human resources, and strategic initiatives that support underserved communities across Illinois, Chicago. Her work includes spearheading programs for formerly incarcerated women and single mothers, and implementing data-driven strategies for workforce retention and empowerment.

Prior to her current role, Kemi held key financial positions at the University of Chicago, PepsiCo, Robert Bosch Corporation, Arthur Andersen LLP, and the Chicago Housing Authority. Her expertise includes GAAP compliance, budgeting, variance analysis, and financial reporting across both public and private sectors.

Kemi holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from DePaul University and is a Certified Public Accountant. She is an active member of the Illinois CPA Society and serves on multiple boards, including the Will Grundy Medical Clinic and the NCNMO Emergency Response Committee.
